do I learn Primordial Sound Meditation?
Primordial Sound Meditation is learned in four short sessions described below.
1 - Introduction to the Basic Principles of Primordial Sound Meditation
You will learn the basic principles of Primordial Sound Meditation, the importance of your mantra and the purpose of meditation.
2 - Individual Instruction
You will receive your personal mantra and will be instructed in how to use it. You will then meditate for the first time using your Primordial Sound mantra.
3 - Perfecting the Practice
4 - Higher States of Consciousness
We will review the practical aspects of meditation.
Possible experiences during meditation will be discussed. The session concludes with a group meditation.
